Our 25th Anniversary Celebration & Conference was held from 27-29 April 2025 at the beautiful Azia Resort & Spa in Paphos, Cyprus.
Bringing our global Members together in one location helped save them valuable time away from their offices and significantly reduced travel costs through efficient, face-to-face meetings.
Cyprus provided an ideal setting for our international event — located at the crossroads for Europe, Asia, and Africa and where ancient history meets modern culture. With direct flights to over 100 destinations, the island is well-connected and accessible for our global community.
1-2-1 Meetings
Delegates arranged their 1-2-1 meetings ahead of the event using our online platform, ensuring they arrived fully prepared with mobile-friendly schedules and relevant details. The live system also allowed last-minute changes and new bookings on-site, helping delegates maximise networking opportunities and productivity.
Jeep Tour
To enhance networking beyond the conference room, we organised an optional tour of Cyprus's hidden gems — from the scenic Akamas Nature Reserve to charming villages, complete with a relaxing coffee stop to enjoy the local hospitality and views. The turnout was fantastic, with almost every delegate joining the outing — and we all had a fantastic time!
Teambuilding Activities
Held on the hotel’s sea-view lawn, our team-building session offered 10 exciting rounds of games and challenges designed to build trust, promote collaboration, and unlock creative problem-solving. Whether solving puzzles or competing in physical challenges, the event fostered a true sense of camaraderie across our global network.
25th Anniversary Dinner
To commemorate our milestone anniversary, we hosted a magical evening at Paliomonastiro, surrounded by dramatic rock formations, a waterfall, and ancient olive trees. A Cypriot band set the tone as guests enjoyed dinner, drinks, and a speech by UFO Founder Rachel Crawford, who honoured our Founder Members (see below!). A surprise guest saxophonist got everyone dancing, followed by a lively limbo competition — the perfect end to a memorable evening of laughter, and celebration.
