Welcome to our brand new Meeting Hub, the most advanced virtual meeting platform in the industry!

Good communication is vital in business and this has been exceptionally important since the COVID-19 outbreak with many people working remotely. Our bespoke system has been designed to enable our Members to connect more easily so that they can achieve and maintain strong working relationships.

A shipment has come up and you don’t have time for a long back and forth email trail? Our powerful new interface enables you to quickly schedule a virtual meeting with your UFO partners at a mutually convenient time (with time-zones automatically considered) via WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet or Skype directly from your mobile device.

SETTING UP YOUR ACCOUNT

First things first! We need you to log-in and complete your profile.

  1. Under My Account select My Details
  2. Scroll down to Your Location And Timezone
  3. Set both your usual location and timezone
  4. It is also important to select at least 2 meeting platforms
  5. Scroll down and click Update My Details

Once you have done this, your company will be visible in the Member Centre.

HOW CAN I GAIN ACCESS?

The Lead Contact of each company will receive an automated email with their log-in details and they can then add other staff members by:

  1. Log-in and go to My Account
  2. Under company name, click Users >
  3. Click and complete Add New Staff Member

Each staff member will receive an email containing details on how to complete their account setup.

MEMBER CENTRE

Choose a company by country or company name. Go to Staff and select who you wish to get in touch with. You will see their full contact details and a box where you can click Request Meeting. The details will automatically appear in your Meeting Hub where it will remain red until the meeting is accepted. Each entry contains all the information needed for a successful virtual meeting including who is responsible for starting the call, the chosen communication platform, ID address/details, notes – everything you need in one place!

VIRTUAL MEETING EVENTS

Once a year, in-between our Annual Assembly, the UFO team will allocate a series of consecutive days where all Members are invited to participate in virtual meetings (at no extra charge). The perfect opportunity to follow-up your face-to-face meetings!

The next event will be from 12-14 July 2021 - a great opportunity to 'see' each other again after the challenges of the past year.

The Next Virtual Meeting Is Fully Set Up And Super Easy To Use!

Simply log-in, set your time-zone and open up the appointment times you would like to be available. You can bulk set your availability to save time. We are excited for the online event and hope you’ll enjoy seeing one another after all this time!

Meeting face to face is important for our network and we don’t want to miss another opportunity to reunite. This is especially important after the impact the COVID crisis has had on our industry …. there is much to discuss! We are confident that we can safely and successfully put on a great event for those who would like to attend after such a long time apart (read more). If you plan to attend (subject to travel restrictions) please log-in to our Meeting Hub and following these instructions:

MY COMPANY

This is where you can update your company details and also add Users. Each user will be listed as a staff member in the Staff section on your company page (in the Member Centre). They will be visible to all other members.

Each staff member will have their own login details to manage their contact details and meetings.
